Tiny Hive offers free delivery and set up.
If you buy just a shell - free delivery & set up.
For a partially finished cabin, delivery is free within 50 miles of our lot, with a set up fee.
For fully finished cabins, there is a delivery per mile & set up fee.
For our Derksen buildings:
50 years on wood siding
40 years on metal siding & roof
20 years on shingle roof
For finished cabins, Tiny Hive also includes a 30 day workmanship warranty.

Tiny Hive offers rent-to-own for our metal buildings and sheds. Finished cabins need to be financed by a bank. Playscapes have 6 month financing available.
Sheds have a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
Cabins: 6-9 months depending on size.
Metal buildings will be 2-4 weeks.
